To be honest I don’t know enough about the two makes to compare exactly, but I think the Loake will be Goodyear-welted and some of the Horatio is not, so just consider whether you care about that (Goodyear-welted is easier to repair and resole over time) Thank you kindly Hey Martijn, I haven’t found any last shape shape that works very well, but the closest RTW was probably the Chadwick loafer from Gaziano, and I have had a pair made with a narrower back half of the shoe from Edward Green that worked well
