The blend is led by Grenache with Carignan, farmed organically and harvested by hand. Semi carbonic maceration brings lift and freshness, followed by six months in stainless steel to preserve clarity and fruit. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, it shows a pure, unadorned style.
