Proof condition, 830grams approx. Interestingly the 'CONGRESS OF EUROPE' medal has the same reverse as the 'ADDRESSING THE US CONGRESS 1941' medal. This must be an error by the Franklin Mint. Case in good order. A nice set, numbered 331.
