Mild reduction pushes the underlying fruit to the background but I doubt that it will persist

The full bodied,opulently, textured finish leaves you with spicy, pure kirsch, black cherry and pepper notes. Before tasting this bottle, I was aware of all the comments regarding secondary fermentations, so I looked for it. There were no issues with this specific bottle.
