Roberto Henriquez Torontel Super Estrella 2023 NO20231025 and de-alcoholized sparkling ChardonnaySkin contact white made the old way from over 100 year old Torontel (the Chilean name for Moscatel Torrontes) bush vines, dry farmed without pesticides in the Bio Bio Valley. Roberto Henriquez ferments on the skins with native yeasts for two to three weeks of maceration, then bottles unfiltered and naturally hazy. There's a small share of co planted Semillon in the mix.
